Yes. Gary is a qualified, Gas Safe registered gas engineer, and all gas work is carried out to current safety regulations. You are welcome to ask to see the Gas Safe ID card on any visit.

We work Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00, plus alternate Saturdays. For urgent leaks or breakdowns we also run a 24/7 emergency call-out on 07383 615515, so you can reach us any time, day or night.

A straightforward boiler swap is usually completed in a day. A more involved system upgrade can take longer, and we will give you a clear timescale as part of the quote.

Yes. Removing and disposing of your old boiler safely is included as part of the installation. You do not need to arrange anything separately.

Cold spots are often trapped air or a build-up of sludge in the system. We can bleed and balance the system, and recommend a power flush if the circulation is genuinely poor.

A power flush clears sludge and debris from your heating system to restore circulation and protect the boiler. We will only recommend one if your system actually needs it.

Yes. We supply and fit new and replacement radiators, and can move or resize them to suit how you use each room.

It is an annual safety check of the gas appliances in a rented property, required by law. We carry out the checks and issue the CP12 certificate so you stay compliant.

A gas safety certificate is £78, with a small add-on for any additional appliances. We confirm the exact price when you book.

We aim to attend within the same week and issue the certificate on the same visit wherever possible.
